Chifeng Street
Chifeng Street is just to the north of Taipei Main Station. It was once where the blacksmiths of Taipei operated. You can find many metalwork shops in the area still, but they have slowly been replaced by vintage shops, hip cafés, and bars. Most of the shops here only open in the afternoon.
On weekends, you can also stop by the street market on neighbouring Lane 25, Nanjing W Rd for more snacks and handicrafts.
